

Chrysalis Cookies was founded by a
nutrition-minded mom with allergic children. She started out in
Biochemistry, but switched to the full time
mom career. After discovering her children had many food
allergies, she wanted to make sure that they had the same kinds of
treats available to them that the other kids had, so she set out to
invent cookie dough recipes that were healthier and
tastier while avoiding the junk.
She created all natural cookie dough recipes that taste better using the
goodness of whole grain organic oats, lower sugar, no trans fats and
nothing artificial... Period.
What was in the cookies was just as
important as what was not in them.
